The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra welcomes guest conductor Michael Francis for music inspired by the lust for adventure. Lera Auerbach's Icarus evokes the mythic traveler whose waxen wings lift him to the heavens. The noble music of Wagner's Götterdämmerung follows the hero Siegfried down the Rhine, and Vaughan Williams' roiling Sea Symphony pays tribute to the countless souls who have set sail, only to be swallowed by the deep. It's an evening of evocative tone painting, cast in technicolor by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

It's the final curtain call for the Orchestra's fiscal year, and you can help us reach 100% of our Annual Fund goal! We are so grateful to a generous anonymous donor, who pledged a matching gift challenge that will match all new and increased Annual Fund gifts made by midnight tomorrow, May 31: aso.org/donate Thank you for supporting your Atlanta Symphony Orchestra!
As an orchestra, we know a little bit about how to end on a high note! 🎼 And to end our fiscal year on top, we need your help. It is through your Annual Fund support that the ASO can provide opportunities for students to learn directly from our incredible musicians, for children and families to discover the sound and joy of the orchestra, and for thousands in our community to feel the excitement, comfort, and delight our music can create. Now your gift can have an even greater impact, because a generous anonymous donor has pledged a matching gift challenge where all new and increased gifts made before May 31st will be matched: aso.org/donate Thank you for supporting your Atlanta Symphony Orchestra!
