Thank you for joining us at the Woodruff Arts Center. Here is how you can make the most of your experience.

Can we bring backpacks?

Backpacks are permitted inside Symphony Hall. Upon arrival, please work with an ASO staff member to store all backpacks prior to the start of the program. Backpacks that hold medical supplies may be taken into the performance.

Can we bring lunches?

Bringing packed lunches is allowed. Upon arrival, please work with an ASO staff member to store all lunches prior to the start of the program. To request an area for students to eat lunch while on campus, please email asoeducation@atlantasymphony.org. (Dependent upon availability).

Note: The ASO does not provide lunches for school programs.

Can you accommodate patrons with disabilities?

Any accessibility needs requests will be met as best as possible. Please email ASOeducation@atlantasymphony.org for any accessibility needs.

Additional car parking besides the Woodruff Parking Deck?

  • 1180 Peachtree Garage (1180 Peachtree St.) $8 for 1 hour; $16 for 1-2 hours; $22 for 2-24 hours
  • Promenade Parking Garage (1230 Peachtree St.) $17.00
  • Boys and Girls Clubs Parking Garage (1275 Peachtree St.) $18.00
  • Colony Square, located at the intersection of 14th and Peachtree Streets

Campus Parking Map

Map includes layout of inside the Memorial Arts Building and locations for bus parking. Buses may drop off students on 15th Street or in Callaway Plaza. Buses may park on 15th or 16th Street.

Note: Be sure someone in your group has the contact information for your bus.
