Ticket Exchanges, Refunds, & Donations
Subscribers may make exchanges online through their account manager portal or by calling 404.733.4800. Patrons may also donate Delta Classical tickets back to the Atlanta Symphony and receive a donation receipt in January. Tickets must be donated back prior to the performance. Subscribers are eligible for a complimentary exchange into a future performance or a refund. Exchanges and refunds may be requested up until the performance time, and ticket buyers will be asked to pay the difference in price should the replacement performance ticket price exceed the original ticket.
Single ticket purchases are not eligible for exchanges, but patrons may use Ticketmaster's "Ticket Forward" feature to send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside Symphony Hall for the friend who's always late!

Please Note: The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Box Office is open 3 hours prior to a performance time and closes at the end of intermission. At this time, the box office cannot process in-person exchanges.
