The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra exchange policy helps patrons receive the full value of their tickets with minimal or no fees for Delta Classical concerts.

For Subscribers

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of their series tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any other Delta Classical Series subscription concert in the current season. As a benefit to our Subscribers, there is NO FEE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGING unless you are exchanging lower-priced tickets for more expensive tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability; seat locations cannot be guaranteed. For especially popular concerts, concerts on different days, or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section. Exchanges must be made by 4 p.m. the day before your scheduled concert date.
