Everyone is welcome at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, but BRAVO is designed specifically for young professionals, 25-40 years of age, with an interest in music and the arts.

Amid the tumult, a musical genius took quill in hand to compose music of timeless beauty.

A grieving composer captured an artist's work in a suite of piano pieces. Later, that music lit a fire in the genius orchestrator Maurice Ravel to create one of the best-loved works in the concert hall.

Flores Performs Márquez

Five-time GRAMMY Award-winning Nicaraguan conductor Giancarlo Guerrero leads the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in a south-of-the-border immersion, packing plenty of heat into a fusion of Afro-Caribbean, Central and South American traditions, including the tango-infused Sinfonía Buenos Aires. The renowned Venezuelan soloist Pacho Flores dips into Mexico's rich trumpet-playing tradition for a piece written by him and for him by Arturo Márquez.
