Waverly Alexander is a student at Milton High School (Class of 2026). She began studying the Suzuki method of violin at age three with Ms. Marina Dmitriyev, drawn to the violin for its powerful and elegant sound despite its small size. Her passion for music and the violin has been constant throughout her life.

At age seven, Waverly continued her studies at the William Pu Music Academy under Mr. Patrick Ryan. During her early years in the Talent Development Program, she worked with Carolyn Hancock. She is currently studying with Bob Anemone of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

Waverly has spent several summers attending prestigious programs such as the Heifetz International Music Institute, Interlochen Arts Academy, Franklin Pond Chamber Music, and the Brevard Music Center. She is an Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra member and regularly performs at GMEA events.
