The Georgia Tech Chamber Choir

Biography

The Georgia Tech Chamber Choir has established itself as one of the premiere college vocal ensembles in the Southeast. Comprised of select, auditioned vocalists, its members are primarily all-state-level singers with extensive backgrounds in choral singing. Repertoire varies from semester to semester and includes large and small works in the standard repertoire (both unaccompanied and with instruments), modern music, world music, and experimental music with extended technique. The Chamber Choir was recently featured with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in a production of Harry Potter: Prisoner from Azkaban and as the backup choir for the Eagles on their 2020 Hotel California Tour (in three sold-out performances at State Farm Arena). In March 2018, the Chamber Choir toured Cyprus at the invitation of the U.S. Ambassador, performing 20 concerts in 10 days across the island.
