Biography

Reginald E. Gibson, Ed.S., a native of Chicago, is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Music Education. In addition to his undergraduate studies, Mr. Gibson has studied at Mercer University, the University of Georgia, and Columbus State University.

He is a member Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated; Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America, Incorporated; Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity; and holds professional memberships with the American Choral Directors Association, the National Association for Music Education, and the Georgia Music Educators Association.

With over 22 years as a music educator, his awards and honors include being named Teacher of the Year and being the recipient of the GRAMMY Signature Schools Award. Mr. Gibson currently serves as an Assistant Principal in the Douglas County School System, an Adjunct Professor at Clark Atlanta University, and the Praise Team Director for Ebenezer Baptist Church.
