Isabella Torres is a seventh-grade student at Arbor Montessori School who began her musical journey at just four years old with piano lessons at the European School of Music in Sandy Springs. By age seven, she was proficient on the recorder through self-teaching and decided to focus on the flute, studying under the guidance of Atlanta Symphony Orchestra flutist Todd Skitch for the past five years. She eagerly participates in annual flute recitals hosted by Mr. Skitch. 

Isabella joined the Talent Development Program in 2022. Since then, she has showcased her musical talents at notable events including UpTempo Teen Nights, the TDP 30th Anniversary Recital at First Presbyterian Church, and the TDP Musicale at Atlanta Symphony Hall. She has been an active member of the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra (GYSO) Flute Choir and currently serves as the lead flutist in the GYSO Philharmonic. Isabella has also attended the Franklin Pond Chamber Music Intensive Program for the past two summers, further enhancing her skills and musical experience.
