On behalf of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, we hope you are staying safe and well.

As you know, our 2020/21 programming has been updated to allow for us to continue bringing the music of the ASO safely to you. Our records indicate that you currently hold one or more tickets to the concerts below that are no longer happening. Please let us know what you would like to do with your cancelled concert tickets from the options below by February 16. If we do not hear from you by February 16, we will treat your ticket balance as a donation to the ASO and will send you recognition of the donation for your records and tax purposes.

You have the option with respect to your Ticket Value to (i) donate it to the ASO; (ii) receive a credit for future performances; or (iii) receive a refund.

You may contact us to make your election in any of the following ways:

  • To donate your tickets or receive an account credit, simply email us at boxoffice@woodruffcenter.org with your ticket information. We will send you the recognition of this donation for your records and tax purposes thereafter.
  • To request a refund, please fill out the Ticket Request Form and someone will follow up with you within seven business days.

If you have any questions, please contact the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404.733.5000 or boxoffice@woodruffcenter.org.

We look forward to hearing from you soon and appreciate your support of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
