Concerts for Young People
Musical Field Trips
Jerry Hou, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's Associate Conductor, will conduct all of the ASO's Concerts for Young People during the 2020/21 season. Concerts for Young People are regularly acclaimed by educators for their ability to inspire students and motivate learning. All concerts are aligned with state and national standards and supported through online resources.

- $7 – Title I School Tickets
Grant subsidies are available for qualifying schools. If you wish to reserve multiple dates for field trips, please submit a separate reservation request for each date.

Where is Atlanta Symphony Hall located?
Atlanta Symphony Hall is located on the Woodruff Arts Center Campus at 1280 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309.
When is payment due?
Payment is due one month before your scheduled concert date.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require that all concerts must be cancelled before your payment due date or you will be responsible for the entire balance.
Can you increase your seats after the payment due date?
We welcome increases after the due date as long as capacity allows for it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, and cash.
Is there a minimum group requirement to attend Concerts for Young People?
There is no group minimum. We welcome all groups.
Are there special group rates?
Yes, for every 15 seats booked you will receive 1 complimentary seat to be used for adult chaperones.
Can we eat lunch on the Woodruff Arts Center campus?
Unfortunately, we do not have the space to accommodate most large school groups. We suggest eating at Colony Square which is located across the street from the WAC Campus. Click here for more information.
Can I pay for my seats online?
Currently, we do not collect payments online. We can however take credit card payments over the phone by calling Tiffany I.M. Jones at 404.733.5034.
Can our bus drivers attend the concert?
We offer complimentary seats to your school’s bus driver. We only ask that you instruct your driver to leave the hall to retrieve their bus 15 minutes before the end of the concert.
Is there a dress code?
We do suggest formal concert attire but that is only a suggestion and not a requirement.

Yes. All study guides and download materials are available online on our Study Guides page.
