The ASO Tech Squad

Members of the ASO Tech Squad are here to help you navigate any technical challenges you may experience when accessing the Behind the Curtain performances. ​We are available any time through the following channels:

By Phone:
During normal business hours from 9am - 5pm at 404.733.4800, please leave us a message and a Tech Squad member will return your call as soon as possible.

By Email:
Email us anytime at [email protected] and a Tech Squad member will answer your request as soon as possible.

By Live Chat:
Contact us live by clicking on the blue text box on the bottom right of this help page from 7:30pm-9pm the evening of any concert premiere. A Tech Squad member will be available to chat with you live to answer your questions. When starting your inquiry, please enter your name and email address into the chat window so we may best assist you.

How Do I Access The Concerts?

Subscribers
  • Visit ASO.ORG and click on My Account in the top right-hand corner (or from a dropdown menu if viewing on a tablet or phone).
  • Click Sign In. Enter your email address and select Next.
  • Enter your password and select Sign In. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to select "Forgot Password" to create a new one.
  • Once logged in, a pop-up screen will appear with a "View Concert" button for each available concert.
  • Select View Concert button.
  • Enjoy the Show!
Members
  • Visit ASO.ORG and click on My Account in the top right-hand corner (or from a dropdown menu if viewing on a tablet or phone).
  • Click Sign In. Enter your email address and select Next.
  • Enter your password and select Sign In. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to select "Forgot Password" to create a new one.
  • Once logged in, a pop-up screen will appear with the access code for each available concert. Please note the access code is case sensitive.
  • Select View Concert button.
  • Enter in the access code (in all caps) and Enjoy the Show!
Pay-Per-View Patrons
  • A one-time link and access code will be sent to your email one hour prior to the performance.
  • Click on the link and enter in the access code.
  • Enter in the access code (in all caps) and Enjoy the Show!

We recommend using one of the following browsers to view performances online to ensure a problem-free viewing experience. Instructions below offer suggested ways to screen mirror or cast your devices to your TV for optimum viewing.

Please Note: Microsoft Edge is not currently supported. Also, we do not recommend using the default/standard browser on your Smart TV, as there may be issues with the sound or audio quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I obtain the access code for the concert? Will it be the same for every performance?

For Members and Pay-Per-View patrons, the access code will be different for each performance. ​When you log into your account, a pop-up will appear with a unique access code for the next available performance. Select the "View Concert" button and enter in the access code to view the concert. Please note that access codes are case-sensitive. Example below:

How long will each concert be available to stream?

Subscribers and Members have one month to view the concerts and Pay-Per-View patrons have 24 hours.

How will I access the concert if I purchase on the day of the premiere?

If you buy your ticket on the premiere date, please be sure to check your inbox for a purchase confirmation from Ticketmaster. The email will contain the instructions you’ll need to access the concert. If you do not see a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.

How do I reset my account password so I can access the concerts?

Please see our Account Manager Password Reset Page instructions and options for resetting your password.

I try to login with my email and it says to contact the ASO?

The email you are using may not be the one we have on file for you. Please call us at 404.733.4800 or email us at [email protected] and we will be able to confirm your email address.

Where do I go to see the tickets in my subscription?

  • Visit ASO.ORG and click on My Account in the top right-hand corner.
  • Click Sign In. Enter your email address and select Next.
  • Enter your password and select Sign In. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to select "Forgot Password" to create a new one.
  • Once logged in, select My Events on the top left of the blue banner.

Why can't I see my tickets after I login to my account?

The email you are using may not be the one associated with the tickets purchased. Please call us at 404.733.4800 or email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

Will there be anyone available to answer questions during the performance if I have technical issues?

From 7:30pm to 9pm every concert premiere, our Tech Squad will be available to answer your questions LIVE via chat. The chat window will appear on the bottom right-hand side of this page, in a blue text box. Click there and a team member will be ready to assist you. When starting your inquiry, please enter your name and email address into the chat window so we may best assist you.
