Our top priority is the safety of our patrons, artists, staff and our community. Therefore, due to recent developments regarding the ongoing pandemic, we regretfully announce that our Delta Classical concerts scheduled for January 13/15 and January 20/22 will be performed virtually, with no audience. The full program will be recorded and released via the Behind the Curtain Series on February 4th and will be available for viewing all season long.
If you have tickets for these concerts, please see the options below.
- Exchange your ticket into a future concert.
- Donate your unused ticket. Ticketholders may donate their ticket back to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and receive a donation receipt the following January.
- Receive a credit on your ASO account. We’ll put the funds on your account to use toward another performance next season, based on availability. These funds can be used toward single ticket or subscription purchases, as well as select Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE concerts, based on availability.
- Request a full refund. To request a full refund, please visit aso.org/cancellations to fill out the online form and a member of the Guest Services Team will process on your behalf.
Subscribers: Access to our Behind the Curtain series is complimentary, however should you wish to donate or exchange your tickets to these performances, you may do so at any time by logging into Account Manager. Not a subscriber? In addition to the options listed above, single ticket buyers may convert the value of their ticket to a virtual membership, which includes access to all virtual programming for the 21/22 season.
