Guest Artist Recitals
Each season, members of the Musical Legacy Society are invited to special recitals performed by selected guest artists. Recent Musical Legacy Society Guest Artist Recitals have featured violinists Janet Sung and Kurt Nikkanen, pianists Maria Asteriadou, Gilles Vonsattel, and Craig Terry, and soprano Barbara Quintiliani. The recitals are held on the Dawson Auditorium stage, with Musical Legacy Society members sitting in the seats normally taken by the orchestra members. It’s a unique perspective on music, complete with a reception, time to meet the artists, and opportunities for questions and answers. Musical Legacy Society members commit to a $1,000 annual contribution to the Adrian Symphony for a minimum of five years.
